Writes of Passage: The Link Between Writing and Healing

This morning, I did a LIVE Facebook training on the link between writing and healing. If you missed it, click here to watch a replay (or paste the following url in your browser) https://www.facebook.com/tpajevic/

I spoke about researcher and psychologist James Pennebaker’s groundbreaking research on the correlation between writing and wellness. Did you know that writing about life events that have deeply affected you can decrease doctor’s visits by 50%?

It’s true. The trick is to write about the event as well as your emotions surrounding it.

And all it takes is writing for as little as 20 min for 4 days. That’s less than an hour and a half.

So why don’t we do it?

Well, most of us don’t have the time and space, especially in this busy time and age.

And it can be scary. Who wants to go into those stories and emotions by themselves? If it was that easy, we’d have done it already.

Hey, I get it! It’s a big part of why I do the work I do–why I write as well as why I teach. I love supporting real people as they explore the life events that have shaped them and connect with their inner wisdom in order to move forward with more freedom, ease and joy.

And it’s why I’m super excited about our next round of Writes of Passage: Finding Space, Support, Clarity and Healing through Writing.

Please join us!

If you register by midnight tonight (4/20), the course is only $225 (instead of $249)–just use coupon code EarlyBirdSpring2017 when you check out.

We’ve got a great group shaping up and are starting next week. Remember, you DON’T have to be a writer to benefit. And everything will be recorded, so you can go through the course at your own pace.

Tanja Pajevic’s Writes of Passage workshop was an inspiring, empowering experience!
